Shared information must only be used to access the Services. Misuse will result in immediate account termination and future access restrictions.
Note: The primary purpose of this app is to book doctor appointments only for animals.
User Conduct
Accurate registration details are required.
Users must maintain only one account.
Users must be reachable via registered communication channels.
Passwords must be kept confidential.
Session logout is recommended to avoid loss.
No unauthorized software, automation, or cheats may be used.
Platform code must not be copied or altered without permission.
No disruption or unauthorized access to the platform.
No offensive, illegal, or misleading content may be posted.
No commercial promotions without written approval.
If a username is found offensive or inappropriate, BBIFCC HealthMate reserves the right to take action without prior notice.
Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older.
Only individuals residing in India may participate.
A valid email or phone number is required.
Violation of the Terms may lead to account restriction or removal.
Only registered users may post or apply for jobs.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first be resolved amicably within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes will be settled under DIAC Rules in New Delhi.
Parties may seek legal relief from competent New Delhi courts.
Arbitration award shall be final and binding.
Limitations of Liability & Release
Use of services is at the user’s risk.
BBIFCC HealthMate is not responsible for errors or data omissions.
Users indemnify BBIFCC HealthMate against third-party claims.
Users waive any legal claims against BBIFCC HealthMate.
Disclaimers
No guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted service.
BBIFCC HealthMate is not liable for system damage or data loss.
Services needing permits are void if such permissions are denied.
Suspension or termination of services cannot be contested.
