Submission Guidelines

1. Eligibility:-   Abstracts are invited from professionals, researchers, students and organizations working in fields related to human, animal, plant, environmental health, oncology and related disciplines.

2. Abstract Length: Abstracts must be a maximum of 250-300 words.

3. Structure: Abstracts should include the following sections:-
(a) Title: A concise and descriptive title.
(b) Background/Objective: Brief introduction to the research, problem, or topic.
(c) Methods: Overview of the methods or approach used in your research or study.
(d) Results: Summary of the findings or insights.
(e) Conclusion: Key takeaways, implications, or future directions.
(f) Keywords: Up to 5 keywords to represent your abstract’s content.

4. Review and Selection: All abstracts will undergo peer-review. Accepted abstracts will be invited for either oral or poster presentations at the conference. Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email.

Travel Grant for Human Veterinary Oncology 2025

The BBIFCC is pleased to offer Travel Grants to support the participation of students, young researchers, and professionals in the Human Veterinary Oncology 2025. These grants are designed to encourage the dissemination of knowledge and to facilitate the attendance of individuals who would benefit from attending the conference but may face financial constraints.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a Travel Grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
•Student or Early Career Researcher: Applicants must be a student (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level) or a researcher who has completed their PhD within the last 5 years.
•Abstract Submission: Applicants must be the first author of an abstract submitted to the conference. The abstract can be for Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation (Contributed Paper Session).
•Member of BBIFCC:

•Conference Participation:
 Travel grant recipients must register for the conference and participate fully in the event.

Grant Coverage

The Travel Grant will cover the following expenses:

Travel
 Reimbursement for travel expenses, including train (III AC)/bus fare, as applicable.

Accommodation
 Accommodation costs for the duration of the conference (as per approved rate )

Meals
A per diem allowance for meals during the conference

Note:Travel grants are subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the merit of applications and the overall budget.

How to Apply: To apply for the Travel Grant, follow these steps:

1.Submit Your Abstract: Submit your abstract for Poster or Oral Presentation (Contributed Paper Session) through the abstract submission portal. Make sure to meet the conference submission deadline.

2.Complete the Travel Grant Application: Attach Supporting Documents: .A Letter of Recommendation from your academic advisor or supervisor (for students).

3. A Proof of Enrollment (for students) or a copy of your recent PhD degree certificate (for early career researchers).
.A Conference Registration confirmation (once you’ve completed registration).
.Estimated Travel Cost breakdown (including Train & accommodation, and meals).

4.Submit the Application: After filling out the form and attaching the necessary documents, submit your application for review.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 15th June 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Application Deadline:

All applicants will be notified about the outcome of their Travel Grant application by 25th June 2025. Successful applicants will receive detailed instructions on how to claim their travel grant and reimbursement procedures.

Terms and Conditions:

•The Travel Grant is non-transferable and must be used exclusively for attending the Human Veterinary Oncology 2025. •Receipts for all reimbursable expenses must be submitted within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference for reimbursement processing. •Travel grant recipients are expected to attend the full conference and present their work as outlined in their abstract submission.
